Office of Engagement

At Lovett, it is our people—the relationships between teachers, students, parents, and staff—who make our school so special. Whether in surveys, informal conversations, or feedback, the Lovett community is often noted as the highlight of the student and family experience. This is only possible thanks to a concerted effort from each of us to ensure our School continues to foster a shared sense of belonging.

Lovett’s Office of Engagement, which oversees the departments and initiatives below, works to guarantee that all members of the community are meaningfully connected to the School. Whether it's through volunteer opportunities with a parent organization, skill building workshops for families and teachers, or cultivating relationships with our counselors and chaplains, engagement in all aspects of campus life is a foundational dimension of a family's journey at Lovett.

Our Mission

The Office of Engagement partners with all members of The Lovett School to provide mission-aligned, student-centered experiences and foster relationships that build lifelong connections to Lovett and the broader community.

"When our students experience Mrs. Lovett’s 'magic sesames' of learning, it generates a contagious energy on campus. It's that collective energy, joy, and purpose that make the Riverbank the community we all choose year after year."
